We are seeking a Director of Enterprise Program Management to join Zions Bancorporation. This leadership role is accountable for organizing and guiding the Planning and Delivery organization, driving the execution of enterprise‑wide initiatives. The position ensures initiatives are delivered on time and within budget, leveraging industry best practices, strong governance, and effective partnership with business owners to achieve intended outcomes.

 

Responsibilities:

Lead, organize, and manage the Program Management OfficeEstablish and maintain consistent best practices, governance, to achieve initiative outcomesPartner with executive and senior leadership to develop and implement company strategiesEnsure adherence to financial, risk, and regulatory requirements and schedulesDirect broad area/divisional programs and projects through managers and cross-functional teamsOther duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in the financial services industry in technology operations, services and investments, project and program management, agile, operational processes and proceduresEffective senior management and proven leadership experienceIn-depth expert knowledge in financial services technology operations, project management, business process improvement, and agile practicesExceptional analysis, management, and communication skills, both verbal and writtenProven project and program management skillsProblem resolution and client relationship skillsAbility to make sound decisions, develop others, and work with all levels of managementStrategic thinking and long-term planning skillsExcellent budget management and forecasting abilitiesRequires a Bachelor's degree in business, administration, finance, or a related field. A combination of education and experience may be considered.

Work Location: 

This position is fully in office (5 days a week) at the Zions Technology Center - 7860 South Bingham Junction Blvd, Midvale, UT 84047 

  

The Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah. Located on the former Sharon Steel Mill superfund site, the sustainably built campus is the company’s primary technology and operations center.
