1876 is seeking a senior-level Director of Digital to lead account management and production workflows for the AT&T/1876 .com and mobile app initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head of Studio, this role requires a seasoned leader who can navigate enterprise-level structures, manage large-scale digital programs from concept through launch, and bring clarity to complex workflows.
This is a high-accountability role for a self-starter who thrives in deadline-driven environments, can manage ambiguity with ease, and confidently manages up, across, and through teams to deliver results.
You’ll oversee the day-to-day digital production for key client properties—translating business goals into actionable workstreams, aligning teams, and ensuring delivery meets both creative and operational standards. As the senior point of contact for the account, you’llmaintain strong client relationships while ensuring internal teams operate smoothly and efficiently.
Primary responsibilities:
Digital Workflow Leadership: Oversee .com and mobile app production workflows, aligning deliverables to client objectives and business outcomes.
Enterprise Account Management: Serve as the senior account lead for enterprise-scale digital programs, acting as the main point of escalation and strategic partner.
Operational Direction: Coordinate cross-functional teams—creative, UX, and operations—to ensure seamless execution.
Workflow Tools Oversight: Bring a working knowledge of Workfront and Figma to oversee teams using these tools, ensuring effective integration of creative and operational workflows.
Success Definition: Partner with clients, agencies, and cross functional internal teams to define, track, and achieve success metrics.
Executive Communication: Manage up to the Head of Studio, delivering concise, clear progress updates and recommendations.
Team Leadership: Experience mentor and coaching large enterprise teams of 20+ members, driving performance, growth, and accountability.Successfully managed nearshore and offshore teams to improveefficiencies.
Problem Solving: Provide clarity in ambiguous situations, proactively identifying risks and solutions.
Core competencies & requirements
15+ years in digital production within an agency, client, or studio environment.
10+ years in senior account management for enterprise-level brands.
Experience overseeing .com and/or mobile app initiatives end-to-end.
Familiarity with Workfront or other project management software, Figma, and the Adobe suite of apps —able to manage teams using them and understand how workflows connect.
Experience in retail, telecom, or other complex, high-volume industries preferred.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and client relationship skills across all levels of a traditional hierarchical organization.
Demonstrated success in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with evolving priorities.
A polished, executive presence with the ability to inspire confidence internally and externally.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 15+ years of related experience.
Our Director-Digital earns between $191,400-$287,200 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
