Join Ecolab as a Director of New Construction Business Development within our Nalco division supporting the Global High Tech (GHT) segment.
The GHT Director of New Construction Business Development is responsible for leading a team of Business Development Managers (BDM) across GHT North America. This individual will manage and develop its direct reports, develop and execute the BDM GHT growth strategy, support the team in identifying and developing new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding Ecolab’s market presence. This role involves creating and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets and fostering long-term client relationships.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience10 years of sales experience in New Construction Environments with proven sales track record, including performing Design Consulting, Project Takeoffs, Quoting, and Technical Submittals5 years of sales management experiencePossess a valid US Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle RecordImmigration sponsorship is not available for this rolePreferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.) Data Center design and construction experience, working with design engineers and mechanical contractorsWater treatment or specialty chemical industry experienceAnnual or Hourly Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $141,300.00 - $211,900.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentives based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
