Job Description Drive sales strategy and execution across multiple customer segments Guide sales team on RFQs, customer targeting, and performance metrics Build and implement scalable sales infrastructure and processes Champion customer relationships through transparency and partnership Lead the customer service team to deliver proactive, high-touch support Advocate for customer needs internally to ensure mutual productivity Ensure PMs are driving supplier performance and meeting delivery timelines Oversee cross-functional coordination between sales, CS, and PM teams Push for accountability and results across the supply chain We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 10–15+ years of business development experience Background in manufacturing or similar industries (not unrelated sectors) Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), CRM tools, and performance metrics Comfortable holding relationships at the executive level, not just purchasing Entrepreneurial mindset, systems builder, and team motivator Exposure to international operations (e.g., China, Turkey) is a very big plus NetSuite experience
