**What You'll Do** As a Director - OCIO Investor Solutions at Principal Financial Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of our Principal Asset Management offerings. You will develop and implement growth strategies for internal and external clients across institutional, retirement, high-net-worth, and retail market segments on a global scale. Here are a few examples of the types of tasks you’ll handle: + Promote proactive awareness and understanding of Principal’s OCIO capabilities, including Principal Asset Management, DB plans, NQ plans, and custody and administration services. + Work closely with distribution, product, and marketing partners to provide tailored investment solutions and relationship management services. + Develop and complete go-to-market strategies targeting new markets, such as DB mega-large case market, NQ, and global segments. + Cross-sell OCIO capabilities to build better outcomes, such as improved returns, lower volatility, reduced risk, and lower expenses. + Engage with collaborators to plan and implement strategies that bring to bear our OCIO capabilities to new markets. Apply today! *Heavy incentive component in addition to salary listed. **Who You Are** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a CFA or equivalent experience is preferred. + Minimum of ten years of institutional investment experience with proven sales experience. + Comprehensive knowledge of the financial services market, products, and regulatory issues facing clients and prospective clients. + A detailed understanding of DB plans, institutional investment management, and ERISA. + Established skill in handling and drawing in client relationships, comprehending and expressing client interests, and guiding the supervision of sophisticated tailored investment solutions and services. + Creative, ambitious, and willing to challenge the status quo with a strong work ethic and professional disposition. + Excellent problem-solving, project management, presentation, and communication (verbal and written) skills. + Ability to influence collaborators, build positive relationships, and efficiently research, analyze, and synthesize information. + Diligent self-starter, comfortable working with ambiguity, and able to drive projects forward. + Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint applications. + Extensive travel required. **Salary Range Information** Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. **Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)** $157000 - $213000 / year **Time Off Program** Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
