This role ensures that MIT FCU delivers exceptional experiences across all touchpoints, leveraging data-driven insights, innovative programs, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve growth objectives and strengthen member loyalty. The role also works to enhance and develop mutually beneficial relationships between MIT FCU and strategic partners.
