We are looking for a proactive, strategic and hands-on Country Marketing & Communications Leader to drive growth, elevate our brands, and foster collaboration across our diverse markets. This role will be based in Mexico City (Arcos Bosques). This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
In a fast-paced, complex environment, you will lead a talented marketing and communications team to craft and execute multi-channel marketing and communications strategies that elevate all our Marsh brands locally.
What can you expect?
You will act as a trusted partner to multiple senior stakeholders, balancing priorities with operational excellence and agility. You will work closely with business leaders and global Centers of Excellence to deliver impactful campaigns, nurture client relationships, and support revenue growth.

develop and implement integrated marketing as well as internal and external communication strategies that support regional growth, brand positioning, and client engagement, aligned with global and local priorities;maximize the return of our marketing investment to increase awareness, generate qualified leads, and differentiate our brands through compelling narratives;lead content creation, storytelling, and digital campaigns that provide measurable value and support the buyer journey;ensure reputation management and client-first approaches in all marketing activities;foster collaboration across sales, leadership, and subject matter experts, creating consensus and aligning priorities across diverse stakeholders;cultivate a high-performing, innovative team culture and act as a brand ambassador;manage budgets, assess processes, and optimize operational workflows to ensure efficiency and impact;position marketing as a strategic partner by demonstrating commercial impact;connect the dots between different businesses and practices, identifying commonalities and leveraging cross-business opportunities including Oliver Wyman and Guy Carpenter;balance multiple priorities, set expectations, and adapt quickly in a high-paced environment;What you need to have:
15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within B2B, complex organizations or rapidly growing enterprises;a proactive, energetic personality with a strategic yet hands-on approach;proven expertise to manage multi-channel campaigns with a strong focus on events and content management;strong skills in content creation and storytelling.experience in Marketing, Public Relations and Internal Communications;excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with senior leadership.results-oriented and adaptable, with a passion for driving client value and growth;Excellent English skills is a mustbachelor’s degree required; advanced marketing or business qualifications preferred.What makes you stand out?
