Position Purpose:
Lead strategic approach for driving effective processes within Services flooring segment. Analyze operational standards and process improvement initiatives to ensure consistent field execution and to drive customer conversion. Lead Ops Process team with direction and execution of strategic initiatives including project support and process improvements. Serves as consultant to field teams and merchants to drive quality field implementation and evaluating delivery excellence and capabilities of key initiatives. Responsible for oversight and direction of the roll-out and implementation of solutions related to strategic initiatives - providing leadership and strategic guidance cross-functionally to Divisional leaders and merchants.
