CACI is seeking a senior, highly trusted DIA strategic growth leader to accelerate our expansion across the Defense Intelligence Agency. This individual will serve as a strategic advisor, client executive, and integrator, helping CACI deepen relationships, shape upcoming acquisitions, and position the company for major DIA mission and enterprise program pursuits. This is not a traditional BD role. The ideal candidate can operate credibly across mission, CIO, and acquisition communities. They will help CACI navigate a period of significant change inside DIA while identifying where and how we invest, partner, and compete.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Client Engagement & Advisory
Serve as a trusted interface to DIA leadership, including CIO, mission directorates, and mission-support organizations.Leverage deep institutional knowledge to interpret DIA priorities, organizational shifts, and acquisition signals and translate them into actionable CACI strategy.Growth Strategy & ShapingAdvise on where CACI should invest, team, or walk away, based on realistic permission-to-win assessmentsAct as a connective tissue between Line of Business leaders, BD, Capture, and delivery teams to ensure consistent DIA engagement and messaging.Cross-Directorate Integration
Work across DIA mission, CIO, and procurement communities to ensure holistic positioning, not stove-piped engagement.Support alignment across directorates such as CIO, Directorate for Analysis, Directorate for Operations, and Science & Technology.Provide insight into how mission needs, technology modernization, and acquisition strategy intersect inside DIA.Capture & Proposal Support (Selective, High-Impact)
Provide voice-of-the-customer insight during priority captures, milestone reviews, and competitive assessments.Participate selectively in proposal strategy, black hats, and executive reviews where DIA knowledge materially improves win probability.Help identify and recruit additional DIA-experienced talent (SMEs, PMs, advisors) as part of long-term account build-out.Required/Strongly Preferred Experience:
12+ years of service within DIA, the Intelligence Community, or closely aligned DoD intelligence organizationsExtensive DIA network with credibility across mission, CIO, and acquisition stakeholdersUS Citizen with Active TS/SCI clearanceDeep understanding of:
DIA mission and IC operating modelDoD intelligence prioritiesDIA acquisition and governance processesExperience working across or within multiple DIA directoratesPrior Roles May Include:
SES or GS-15 equivalent leadership rolesDivision Chief or Branch Chief within a major DIA directorateDeputy Office Chief for mission areasProgram Manager or Chief of Staff within a mission-support organizationChief Architect, Innovation Lead, or Senior Technical Advisor with enterprise visibilityAdditional Attributes:

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
