Director - Customer Service & Logistics

Make It Possible.** You will lead Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) in your geography covering all process areas from plan-to-cash. You will define and enable the delivery of the service, cash, cost, quality and safety targets of the market in line with the CS&L strategic vision. **How you will contribute** You will: + Develop and execute a strategy to ensure delivery of cash, cost and service targets in daily operations and for specific projects (innovation, productivity, supply network design) + Recruit, retain, engage, develop and manage talent to ensure there is a pipeline for critical positions + Ensure cooperation with internal (commercial and supply chain teams) and external stakeholders (customers and third-party providers) so objectives are met + Ensure business goals are achieved through the effectiveness of the IBP process + Define logistics service operational guidelines (i.e., defining guidelines, parameters, service levels and standards) in which local third-party providers operate + Deliver process and performance excellence, looking for opportunities to continuously improve across all CS&L areas (demand and supply planning, customization, warehousing and transportation, order-to-cash and cash-to-bill) + Lead the master plan to progress in the integration journey, driving agility and integration + `Define and bring to life a portfolio segmentation strategy to drive differentiated supply chain solutions tailored to different channel/customer needs **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
