Director - Corporate M&A
Overview PepsiCo's Corporate M&A team is responsible for generating, managing and executing mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, and strategic activities across all of PepsiCo's business units. This fast paced, collaborative team of M&A professionals focuses on the inorganic agenda of PepsiCo's global beverage and snack product portfolio, making a direct impact on the company's future success. PepsiCo is seeking an experienced Corporate M&A professional for the role of Director. It is a rewarding opportunity for both personal and professional growth where you will have the unique opportunity to drive PepsiCo's inorganic agenda, solve complex strategic problems, and work with global cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The Director will report to a Vice President while having direct interaction with the Head of Corporate M&A, as well as other senior company executives, and participate in all stages of executing strategic transactions for PepsiCo globally. Responsibilities Lead cross-functional team to execute a wide range of mission-critical and strategic M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, minority investments Collaborate with Sectors / Business Units and Corporate senior executives to develop multi-year global M&A strategy / pipeline Influence key decision makers to align and advance on transactions and initiatives Financial acumen as evidenced through comprehensive analytics tasks and projects Cultivate and leverage external relationships Develop and mentor rest of the M&A team and build a strong talent bench for the Company Compensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $132,200 - $262,400. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period. Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of post-MBA transaction execution experience either in corporate development / M&A department of a corporation, or an investment bank or similar financial services institution. Private equity experience also applicable.
