Director of Business Development - Lifeworks Restaurant Group – Northern California and Pacific Northwest

We are seeking a Director of Business Development to lead strategic growth for Lifeworks in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. This is a unique opportunity to shape how our brand grows on the West Coast, influence strategic planning, and fuel sustainable growth. You’ll work closely with the VP of Growth and regional executive leaders to exceed pipeline and profit objectives, while aligning sales strategies with operational goals.

Job Responsibilities Drive sales process leadership from contact through strategy, proposal, presentation & successful conclusion for a defined marketAggressively research, identify, qualify & target potential clients & develop access strategy to initiate contactDevelop & maintain relationships at the 'C Suite' while understanding and communicating prospective customers' corporate culture within AramarkExercise creativity and independent judgment in developing and evaluating sales and marketing strategies in selling a broad portfolio of servicesDevelop and lead strategy processes regarding competitive environment, account sales strategy, and territory developmentIdentify needs and source customer-specific solutionsUtilize resources from across Aramark to design & deliver customer-desired outcomesInfluence and collaborate with regional team members without formal authority to achieve sales objectivesDevelop relationships with intermediaries to build a pipeline of opportunities and awareness of capabilitiesRepresent Lifeworks in the marketplace through various industry conferences and eventsBuild relationships personally with prospective C-Suite customers to develop a coach for all new sales initiativesProvide appropriate market & competitive informationDrive outreach efforts and work closely with the team at to build market shareMonitor market trends, analyze competitive positioning, and identify opportunities for market share growth

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree requiredMinimum 5 years of strategic B2B sales experienceExperience in dining services or hospitality preferredProficiency in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office, and Adobe AcrobatReside near and have experience selling in the Bay Area with the ability to travel up to 25% nationally

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $175,000 - $200,000.  This role is also commission, bonus and equity eligible.  If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.  This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
