Job Title: Director Account Management Job Description Concentrix is looking for a Director, Account Management to drive the continued growth and profitability of strategic partnerships with global accounts. This role is responsible for delivering on account revenue and gross margin targets as well as overall client satisfaction. Expected key activities include owning the client portfolio strategy/account plan, building and growing account relationships, overall operational performance and client satisfaction, and growing revenue/margin with clients within the **Technology Sector.** The focus of this role is on the sale and delivery of outsourced customer experience solutions including contact center solutions as well as software, analytics and other services, in order to drive better customer experiences and positive outcomes for clients partnered with Concentrix globally. The ideal candidate will bring both a successful track-record in contact center sales/account management, as well as experience providing digital customer engagement solutions. Successful candidates will be able to build strong relationships within existing and new partners, as well as understand where the client needs intersect with Concentrix capabilities across all business lines. Key Responsibilities + Serve as the trusted advisor and main liaison between your client(s) and internal teams + Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors + Identify and pursue new business opportunities + Drive account planning, forecasting, and pipeline development + Collaborate with solution and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals and close deals + Stay informed on your account(s) business initiatives, product updates, as well as broader industry trends and competitive landscape + Drive a holistic sales strategy that represents a breadth of services (business transformation services, customer contact solutions, tech stack, , etc). + Deliver positive results in a matrixed/cross-functional environment, both internally and within client accounts Desired Experience /Competencies/Qualifications + Proven success managing large enterprise accounts, ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem + Strong understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) + Experience working with the partner channel desired but not required + Demonstrated ability to develop business relationships across all levels of an organization, including senior executives. + Financial acumen with respect to account management (understanding forecasting, revenue recognition principles, etc.) + Ability to travel worldwide (~25% travel; post-COVID-19). + Demonstrated ability to identify client business problems, assess risks and profitability, drive the development of strong mutually beneficial account plans and define the appropriate internal resources (technical assistance, project management, alternate sales channel support). + Ability to engage and negotiate effectively with internal and external partners. + Ability to establish and maintain trust by displaying honesty, integrity and ethical conduct. + Ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities and rapid changes. + Required Education: BA/BS or similar work-related experience. + **Experience in Technology sector highly desirable** + Minimum of five years working inoutsourcing operations,sales and or consulting. The base salary range for this position is $140,000- $175,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
