Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director - Investment Sales to lead and grow our Investment Sales platform in South Australia.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director SA, this senior leadership role combines deep market expertise with a strong transactional track record and a high-performing client network. As Director, you’ll be pivotal in building a profitable and sustainable business, mentoring the team, and driving growth across the region.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Investment Sales team

Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, profit, and market share

Actively promote the business both internally and externally, including participation in industry functions and networking opportunities

Work closely with Marketing, Business Development, and other internal teams to identify and pursue new opportunities

Ensure budgeted financial objectives are met or exceeded

Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring and guiding team members

Collaborate with C&W’s national and regional teams to drive alignment and opportunity-sharing

Support continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptability across the team and business unit

What We’re Looking For:

A property-related degree or Real Estate Sales Licence

Minimum 10 years’ experience in commercial property, including at least 2 years in a senior agency or institutional role

Proven success in investment sales and client relationship management

Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities

Commercial acumen with the ability to diagnose, plan, and execute on business priorities

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

A collaborative approach with a strong understanding of C&W's full-service offering
