**Role Overview**
Sodexo is seeking an experienced and dynamic **Director 2, Facilities Operations** to support a K‑12 school district in the Flagstaff area as part of a potential new partnership. Our leader will oversee multiple sites and be responsible for elevating facilities performance across the district. The ideal candidate brings strong executive presence, deep technical expertise in electrical and plumbing systems, and a proven track record managing multi‑site maintenance program. Experience in K‑12 environments is highly valued, along with the ability to drive change management, modernize infrastructure, and influence district‑level stakeholders on critical operational decisions. This is a potential sale and contingent offers will be made.

**What You'll Do**
+ Lead district‑wide facilities operations, including preventative maintenance, asset management, and resolution of significant deferred maintenance needs.
+ Oversee construction projects, building renovations, and HVAC upgrades while ensuring compliance, safety, and timely delivery.
+ Drive change‑management initiatives to improve processes, elevate FTE performance, and support a smooth operational transition during the potential sale.
+ Provide clear recommendations to district leadership, including budgets, timelines, and capital planning strategies supported by strong reporting and documentation.

**What You Bring**
+ Deep custodial operations expertise, including staffing, quality control, workflow design, and a strong understanding of emergency and COVID‑response protocols.
+ Demonstrated success managing multi‑site facilities programs within K‑12 or similar educational environments, including construction and renovation oversight.
+ Strong technical knowledge across IFM disciplines, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
+ Exceptional communication, documentation, and financial reporting skills, with experience presenting to CFO‑level clients, school boards, and state education boards.
+ A history of developing effective SOPs that improved client satisfaction, operational consistency, and overall service performance.
