Responsible for identifying and strategizing plans to achieve long-term goals and objectives of the organization. Recommends the allocation of resources to existing businesses; identifies merger and acquisition opportunities. Plans the overall direction and financial planning of the Strategic Planning department. Provides leadership and direction for multiple functional areas. Manages professionals at manager, supervisor and professional levels. Ensures appropriate resources to achieve financial and business objectives. Contributes to thedevelopment ofthe company’s overallstrategy,andhelpsleadhigh priority strategic initiatives.
Oversees business modeling and long-range financial planning.
Evaluates the economics and business models of specific products/services,companiesand industry sectors.
Oversees projects for environmental scans, organizational positioning analyses and other studies related to the Company's growth and profitability.
Helpsdevelopand provides guidance tothe StrategicPlanning team.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
