Responsible for the day-to-day transaction management activities for a diverse portfolio of properties on behalf of one of our largest Global Occupier Services clients. Primarily responsible for wealth management portfolio transactions.Job Description
The Director Transaction Management will manage, the following general account functions:
GeneralManage C&W Transaction Managers to ensure effective negotiations of business terms for a wide variety of transactions including renewals, sale, sublease, and purchase Oversee the flow of key documentation and client communications Lead and / or facilitate client meetings Participate in C&W business reviews and key client meetingsTransaction Management:Responsible for transaction management team and service deliveryExecute a high-volume of transactionsDetermine client’s needs and communicate project parameters Oversee negotiations and management of transactionsEnsure accuracy of financial data and reporting Oversee budgeting and revenue tracking of all transactionsAccountable for accuracy of client’s portfolio data in technology systems (with C&W’s scope of work)Provide written and oral reporting of critical lease action itemsEnsure accuracy of critical lease action date reportingProcess Management:Support the development of standard forms and proceduresKnowledge and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required (finance/real estate preferred)Real Estate License required10+ years of multiple Real Estate discipline experience; experience on both Landlord and Occupier side preferred.Ability to work effectively in a cohesive, performance measured environmentStrong financial services background, including Retail experienceExperience Managing Large Global / Real Estate Transaction Management PortfoliosExperience managing, reviewing, and approving a large volume of transactionsExperience managing multiple internal and external stakeholder relationshipsDemonstrated leadership, self-management, and problem resolution skillsProven record of providing exceptional internal and external customer serviceExcellent relationship building skills at multiple management levelsStrong oral and written communication skillsComplex financial analysis experience and familiarity with financial conceptsStrong proficiency with MS Office; experience using CoStarCushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
