Position Summary...As a Recommerce Director you will be accountable for guiding a team that manages our enterprise-wide Recommerce sales programs. This position works closely with key strategic partners to drive substantial revenue through restock, refurbishment, online marketplaces, and other secondary market channels. The role also collaborates with leaders across merchandising, supply chain, and store operations to deliver innovative Recommerce solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.What you'll do...Lead and execute retail merchandising strategies to optimize inventory, analyze sales trends, and identify revenue growth opportunities.Drive operational excellence by streamlining workflows, optimizing processes, and implementing impactful process improvements.Champion cross-functional collaboration, working closely with merchandising, supply chain, product, and technology teams to deliver business objectives.Deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment by leveraging data-driven insights and continuous performance analysis.Communicate effectively with all levels of leadership, including executive stakeholders, presenting complex ideas and data-driven recommendations clearly and persuasively.Foster a culture of innovation by developing creative solutions to complex challenges in the recommerce space.Maintain a relentless focus on the customer, using data and insights to enhance the customer experience and inform business decisions.
What You’ll Bring Deep expertise in retail merchandising principles and practices, with hands-on experience managing inventory and driving sales growth.Proven track record of operational excellence, including process optimization and successful implementation of process improvements.Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration and building consensus among stakeholders.Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver continuous improvement.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to all levels of leadership.Innovative thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions and drive experimentation.Customer-obsessed approach, with experience leveraging customer data and insights to inform business strategies.Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 5 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 7 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
3 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
