What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership & Business Planning
Develop and implement business strategies aligned with customer needs and organizational goals.
Build and lead internal and external partnerships to support business initiatives and associate engagement.
Analyze costs, forecasts, and operational metrics to inform strategic decisions and resource allocation.
Process Improvement & Innovation
Lead process improvement programs by simplifying operations, enhancing controls, and driving behavior change.
Champion innovation and lean methodologies to reduce waste and improve service levels.
Evaluate current practices and technologies, identify gaps, and implement sustainable solutions across business functions.
Project & Portfolio Management
Oversee nationwide projects, ensuring alignment with global trends and best practices.
Manage interdependencies across implementation portfolios, adjusting priorities based on strategic needs.
Design and operationalize initiatives within support segment frameworks to enhance associate and customer experience.
Technology & Systems Integration
Research and develop solutions to address system pain points and gaps.
Align technology solutions across business models and markets.
Develop business cases for system enhancements and lead implementation of new procedures.
Talent Development & Training
Attract, develop, and retain a highly skilled workforce through mentorship, succession planning, and capability building.
Oversee Continuous Skills Development (CSD) activities, including onboarding, training, and upskilling.
Partner with cross-functional teams (AP, Systems, RO, People) to ensure seamless execution of training programs.
Change Management & Communication
Define vision and strategies for change management, build business cases, and gain stakeholder buy-in.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to influence decisions and drive adoption.
What You’ll Bring
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence effectively – confident, concise, and organized thoughts.
Ability to partner and collaborate while establishing credibility, analyzing stakeholder needs, and responding effectively and efficiently.
Demonstratable business acumen and ownership of projects.
Defining vision and strategies for continuous improvement and drive change; defining internal and external requirements, building business cases, and approving objectives.
Leading in design and development of processes to implement across the Fulfilment Center network.
Developing and implementing large-scale product, process, and technology projects for brownfield and greenfield sites to enhance operational efficiencies and increase productivity.
Implementing efficiencies and best practices in Fulfilment Centers
Establishing, influencing, and managing high-visibility key relationships
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of operations and analytical experience.
Proven project management skills with a track record of successful execution.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Demonstrated business acumen and ownership of strategic initiatives.
Experience implementing efficiencies and best practices in fulfillment and reverse logistics environments.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
