You will lead implementation of our supply chain excellence program across multiple manufacturing sites. You will identify business improvement opportunities, lead initiatives, and deliver results using the tools and techniques associated with continuous improvement; using industry standard capabilities such as IWS, TPM, and lean manufacturing.

How you will contribute

You will:

Ensure that capabilities and processes are deployed effectively and users have a great experienceProvide insight and direction to help us hit our targets and identify areas of improvement. You will also use internal and external benchmarks to help business leaders set business/departmental goalsHelp us apply and be self-sufficient in applying continuous improvement tools and techniques. You will also recommend areas for productivity improvement and promote cost-savings programs by engaging with employees at the lowest possible levels.Redesign non-added value work processes, making sure individuals are fully capable of managing new processes in their daily routines

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor's degree is engineering is preferred

Job specific requirements:

-10-15 years of proven program management

Travel requirements:

Up to 50% travel.

This position is remote.

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $142,700 to $235,455; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
