Director, Strategy and Transformation

Make It Possible.** The Director Strategy & Transformation is a strategic role leading critical transformation programs driving efficiencies across the North America region which includes US, Canada and Mexico supply chain organizations. This role will drive impact on the Win on Waste program with a goal of optimizing customer returns and allowances that drive P&L impact of more than $200MM annually. This role involves significant focus on building Zero Waste culture and engaging teams and stakeholders on the program mission. **Key responsibilities of the role as below:** + Lead the customer reductionsprogram development and implementation across Mondelez NA including ownership for direction and adjustments needed to accelerate impact + Lead the assessment of the customer returns and finished goods waste by category and customer to understand drivers, root causes, process and system gaps. + Develop roadmap for Best-in-class performance in partnership with the US Leadership team and cross-functional partners from Marketing, Sales, R&D, ETE Planning, Manufacturing and Finance in alignment to functional roadmaps + Lead discovery for new technology solutions and enhancements in existing ones like DSD Ordering system improvement and partner with cross-functional teams for implementation + Partner with IT and Analytics to develop analytics solutions for managing and improving business performance through regular monitoring of KPIs, analytical support on root cause analysis and predictive modeling of solutions impact + Lead cross-functional teams to manage projects including efforts to capture the current state, define the project approach and develop project plans for projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing. + Implement change management strategies and programs to increase adoption and minimize resistance through a structured methodology, developing program-level change plans, stakeholder assessments, and robust engagement plans  + Use lean tools like process maps, gap analysis, pareto analysis and root cause analysis to improve systems and processes or assist teams in solving complex problems and implementing solutions + Develop next generation talent, drive employee morale & engagement within the supply chain organization **What you need to know about this position:** + 10+ years plus experience in supply chain; CPG industry experience preferred + Proven experience in leading enterprise strategic initiatives and transformations + Demonstrated acumen in business and finance. **What extra ingredients you will bring:** + Demonstrated strong leadership skills, ability to effectively communicate, influence, manage change. + Track record of executing in fast paced, high change environments + Ability to create and deliver clear, concise, and convincing communications and presentations, + Flexible and adaptable, able to work with objectivity in ambiguous situations + Creative problem solver with a high intellectual curiosity + Highly developed collaboration skills. Able to partner effectively with senior leaders through change by providing coaching, being provocative, all while supporting them. + Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization + Demonstrated success in a lead role in a high-growth organization and in providing strategic insight for organization-wide deployment plans is a plus. **Education / Certifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; MBA degree preferred **Salary:** + The base salary range for this position is $141,000 to $146,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
