What is the opportunity?
As a people leader and individual contributor, you will author and execute strategic initiatives in support of the Sr. Director Strategy & Transformation and VP, Operations Strategy & Business Management (OSBM) within Personal and Commercial Operations (PCO). These initiatives include but are not limited to development and creation of new strategic projects prioritized by VP OSBM and EVP PCO, Quarterly Business Reviews, PCO learning strategy and leadership development. You will lead an integrated strategic execution roadmap, combining change initiatives and enablers to impact goals and priorities across PCO for the OSBM team. You will partner and collaborate with Line of Business (LOB) enablement leads, Operational Risk, Legal, Finance, HR and major transformational initiatives/programs.
What will you do?
Responsible for authoring and executing PCO strategies and transformation related initiatives such as Quarterly Business Reviews, LOB projects and executive level presentationsWork very closely with enablement leads across PCO pillars to ensure the design and execution of initiatives support near-term and longer-term PCO strategy and goalsLead a team of Senior Managers to support the delivery and execution of PCO’s strategic initiatives supporting over 6000 PCO professionalsDevelop and maintain an integrated strategic execution roadmap for PCO wide initiativesBe a thought leader in PCO strategy transformation, leveraging experiences and integrating ideas from across RBC and external sources, to enhance strategic initiatives across pillars within PCO Work with and lead dynamic, cross-functional groups of colleagues to design and develop high-impact initiatives to support collective goals and outcomesDrive opportunities to enhance leadership enablement and make recommendations on initiatives to support prioritization of business prioritiesDiscover and structure complex business problems, opportunities and issues as detailed engagement work plans, and synthesize analyses, key findings and potential solutions into actionable recommendationsWhat do you need to succeed?

Deep expertise of strategy creation and execution for senior executivesRecent related National Office experienceAbility to develop Vision and Strategy for PCO projectsSenior people leadership experienceProject management experience and relevant experience leading high-impact and complex end-to-end initiatives from strategy development to executionProven ability to partner and work horizontally and influence change across multiple stakeholdersStrong communication skills, change management and Impact and Influence capabilitiesStrong business analysis and financial acumenAbility to derive relevant information from data & analytics, and MS Excel & PowerPoint skillsNice to haves:
