Deberá de ser titulado puede ser una ingeniería o una Carrera económico administrativo.Deberá contar con 10 años de experiencia en Strategic Sourcing además de tener puestos gerenciales o directivosexperiencia multicultural.Deberá haber negociado contratos grandes (arriba de un millón de USD).Director que reporta a USA y en línea al Director General en México. Tiene interacción con USA y CA en términos de la estrategia y alineamiento de estrategias regionales. Dichas estrategias regionales las aterriza y customiza de acuerdo con Mexico.
