Position Summary...The Director of Office Strategy for Ethics & Compliance Training & Awareness designs the E&C content approach for Walmart’s office-based associates, including our senior leadership. Drive transformational learning, policy, and communication activities for Ethics & Compliance through deep collaboration with business partners, needs analysis, focused prioritization, and relentless advocacy for our associates, customers, and members.

Bring new ideas and innovative approaches to compliance training and influencing decision-makers with a human-centric and values-based content approach.

Direct the scoping, evaluation, and feasibility assessment of multiple, competing projects and clearly communicate goals, objectives, and priorities to a cross-functional team.

Provide strategic direction on training, awareness, and tactical communications content and managing for quality.

Identify data-driven opportunities to increase content and program effectiveness.

Become an invaluable strategic partner to internal stakeholders, advising on and partnering with various internal teams to identify opportunities, scale best practices, and drive continual assessment and improvement of content-strategy direction and execution.

Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics.

What you’ll bring…

At least 7 years’ experience in Learning & Development, digital content strategy, or a related area.

At least 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Demonstrated excellence in multichannel content strategies that inspire and shift behavior.

Action-orientation, resourcefulness, and approachability while also having the ability to strategize, influence, and lead cross-functional change.

Exceptional talent for motivating, developing, and empowering team members.

Expertise in copywriting and fluency in UX best practices.

Enthusiasm to be challenged and readiness to engage at Fortune 1.

Excellent judgment and ability to interface with and influence senior executives.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 5 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 3 years’ supervisory experience. 4 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
