Position Summary...The Director, Health & Wellness Systems, Reporting, and Compliance Operations leads a team that supports all Health & Wellness (H&W) compliance business lines and provides strategic oversight and direction on the following: compliance operations management, reporting requests, system and data request management, and cross-functional strategy support. The person in this role collaborates closely with Global Governance, H&W compliance subject matter experts (SMEs), and H&W business stakeholders on various initiatives, focusing on coordinating teams, driving efficiencies, and providing leadership reporting for informed decision-making. This person reports to the Senior Director, Health & Wellness Compliance, Program Strategy & Governance.What you'll do...Compliance Operations: Provide strategic oversight and direction for all compliance operations, including regulatory visits, escalated support issues from vision/optical centers and pharmacies, and comprehensive facility compliance assessments.System and Data Governance: Direct the prioritization, coordination, and execution of system and data initiatives to advance compliance objectives across all business lines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Reporting: Oversee the development and delivery of compliance reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to all regulatory and legal standards.Cross-Functional Strategic Initiatives: Champion and drive cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency and alignment across compliance functions, fostering collaboration and innovation.People Leadership and Development: Inspire, mentor, and empower a high-performing team by setting a clear vision, establishing measurable goals, providing actionable feedback, and ensuring access to necessary resources for success.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
