Director, Solution (Product) Management - Home Platform

The Director, Product Management – Home Platform is responsible for solution strategy, execution, and lifecycle from conception to launch via collaboration with clients, executives, engineering, marketing, sales, and client experience. The scope of this job includes managing teammates, ensuring solutions address market needs and align with corporate strategy, and defining strategic direction and vision of solution roadmap to meet revenue and client satisfaction goals. 

As Product Management leader you will be responsible for enhancing and developing the core platform capabilities of WellSky’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) applications serving our Home Health, Hospice and Palliative care markets. As such, you will have responsibility for the core application platform: identity management, master data management, audit logs, hosting platform strategy and integration capabilities – to both internal and external entities. 

WellSky has multiple mature solutions which require strategic development to drive WellSky’s vision for transforming healthcare in the home. You will be a part of a dynamic team who seeks to innovate rapidly to bring world-class solutions to our clients using an AI-first research, design and build strategy.

Key Responsibilities: 

Drive the development of solution strategy and roadmaps based on client insights, market analysis, and business objectives

Orchestrate cross-functional teams to drive the solution development lifecycle from concept to deployment

Lead market research and competitive analysis initiatives to identify opportunities for solution innovation and differentiation

Develop effective partnerships across the team with solution marketing and client experience to evaluate client satisfaction and areas of opportunity

Lead the annual update of a 3-year vision and strategy document for areas of responsibility, and ensure business opportunities are surfaced for annual budget planning

Drive tracking and analysis of solution performance, make data-driven decisions to optimize results, and drive continuous improvement

Perform other job duties as assigned

 

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 

At least 8-10 years of relevant work experience 

At least 4-5 years of relevant management work experience 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

6-8 years of experience in Product Management  

4-6 years of experience developing Healthcare Software  

Experience with AI-Assisted Product Management  

 

Job Expectations: 

Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs 

Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed 

Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information 

Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
