Develop annual operating plans and roadmaps.Set KPIs, measure customer impact, and optimize in-season performance for best-in-class results.Leverage Data & Analytics
Build and monitor site health dashboards, using data to inform decisions and drive business justification for new ideas.Translate complex analytics into actionable improvements and strategic direction.Design and run a robust A/B tests to validate ideas quickly, iterate on features, and continually elevate the customer experience.Drive Cross-Functional Partnership
Collaborate with internal teams to set clear strategies, scale best practices, and ensure flawless execution across the org.Present regularly to executive leadership and influence the direction of the site experience.Champion Operational Excellence

Bachelors degree in business or related field or equivalent experience in Business or related fieldPreferred Qualification:

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
