What You’ll Do
Maintain the best cross functional team relationships to ensure consistency of the global security programs in retail and non-retail business.Lead a team of subject matter experts to respond to insider threats and threats of violence and establish best practices.Develop and implement strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce, including recruiting, selecting, and developing talent.Provide overall direction by analyzing business objectives, developing and implementing business strategies, and evaluating operational processes to meet business expectations.Cultivate an environment of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all the global security programs.What You’ll bring
