Director, Sales - Walmart

We’re looking for a Director of Sales to lead our Frozen and Shelf-Stable Asian & Dessert business at Walmart. You will oversee the customer strategy - deliver growth, identify new opportunities, and partner closely with Walmart merchants and cross-functional teams to bring our brands to life on the shelf and online.

This is a highly visible role supporting one of our most important customers and categories.

What you will do

Deliver revenue, distribution, and profitability goals for the Frozen and Shelf Stable Asian & Dessert portfolios at Walmart. Build and execute annual growth strategies and joint business plans, identifying new distribution, merchandising, and category opportunities. Lead Walmart customer engagement for your categories, including JBPs, line reviews, business reviews, and day-to-day collaboration with merchants  Use shopper, consumer, and financial insights to build fact-based recommendations and guide promotions, and ROI decisions. Partner across internal teams like Category, Marketing, RGM, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and DSD to deliver aligned, high impact customer plans across instore and omnichannel. Monitor performance and manage key projects, ensuring strong execution, supply chain alignment (forecasting, service, OTIF), and on time delivery of business priorities.Travel as needed (approximately 10%)

What we look for

7+ years of CPG sales experience working directly with Walmart (Frozen experience preferred).Proven success growing categories delivering financial targets and expanding distribution.Strong understanding of Walmart’s systems, processes, and tools High level of comfort using data to build stories, make decisions, and influence senior-level customers.Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and lead initiatives end-to-end as an individual contributor.Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

What We Offer:

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $200,000 annually, with eligibility for a 30% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
