SummaryThe Director of Sales (Control States) is responsible for achieving division objectives for sales and revenue, supporting crucial business operations between the division and suppliers. This role involves driving sales strategies, enhancing supplier relationships, and ensuring that sales targets are not only met but exceeded. The Director will implement effective sales plans, analyze market trends, and coordinate with internal teams to optimize performance and revenue growth.
In this role, you will Realize division objectives for sales and revenue growth. Maintain productive relationships with suppliers and customers. Ensure appropriate staffing, maintenance, and development of the sales team to achieve division goals. Establish a management structure that aligns with division and supplier sales objectives. Relay sales objectives to all sales management, incorporating supplier goals into the sales plan. Build and sustain relationships with community and governmental entities for public relations and operational success. Provide monthly sales forecasts to the State Sales Finance Team for timely procurement planning. Advise on product pricing and gross margin strategies, offering recommendations to senior leadership. What you bring to RNDC Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; master’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 4-10 years of management experience in the alcoholic beverage industry. Valid state driver's license and the ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements; Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) License as required by the state. Ability to regularly lift up to 30 pounds. Occasional travel may be required for this position. This posting provides a good faith compensation estimate for the position. The salary range typically begins at 109,900.00 and may extend to 157,100.00, depending on an applicant’s qualifications, skills, experience, and internal equity considerations. This role may also include monthly earned commissions, where applicable.
This compensation range applies specifically to positions located in Ohio and may differ for similar roles in other locations.
