Director, Revenue Operations Scaled Services, Enablement and Support - Walmart Data Ventures
Position Summary...We are seeking a Director, Partner Enablement to lead and optimize third party services for Data Ventures. In this pivotal role, you will lead and manage complex partner relationships and the agreement process for our Data Ventures business. This role is pivotal in ensuring that third parties, contracted by suppliers, are vetted and approved to leverage our data products through a streamlined and efficient process. The Director will be responsible for leading an end-to-end Third Party Agreement (TPA) process, driving quarterly reviews of partnership impacts, and creating a governance model to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What you'll do...

Lead end-to-end Third Party Agreement process with consistent execution across all active markets, US and International.

Drive quarterly reviews of partnership impacts and opportunities to inform the product roadmap and resourcing.

Deliver actionable inputs for the product roadmap based on partnership reviews.

Lead Verified Service Provider program to ensure service providers meet data and security standards. 

Lead a partnership governance model to streamline inputs and increase the efficiency of approval cycles.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the governance model and make necessary adjustments.

Process: Proven ability to design and scale processes, systems, and teams to support organizational growth.  Skilled in implementing frameworks for prioritizing high-impact work and aligning decisions with business needs.

Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Metrics and Performance: Experience in defining, monitoring, and improving key metrics to measure operational and product success.

Team Leadership: Proven experience in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
