This role is crucial in overseeing and leading a team of commercial relationship managers to maintain and grow clients through increasing services and mobility assets penetration (share of wallet/fleet),and guarantee best in class client experience.

The Relationship Management MD is accountable for driving revenue growth through strong commercial skills and team leadership, and for maintaining strong client relationships.

Team Leadership – coaching and driving an operational discipline to build a strong SoW pipeline and monitoring credit line renewals. Monitor commercial targets and KPIs:  Origination, Revenue, VUMs, eVUMs and Services and orchestrate the business for execution.Client Relationship Management - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with products or services.Developing strategies to grow accounts, increase revenue, and meet company goals. This involves upselling, cross-selling, and identifying opportunities for expansion.Leading new projects to improve client experience and business innovation

- Education and Experience

BS or BA in business or related field requiredMBA desirable+10 years in B2B sales or account management environment, preferably selling complex financial concepts/products or other intangible products/services.  Experience selling in C-suite settings and influencing C-suite decision-makers strongly preferred.+5 years management positions

Commercial mentality: service penetration and client relationship focusedDemonstrated sales discipline and record of sales success and experience leading to the successful acquisition of new business through a structured processAbility to travelPreferred experience in a financial services, customer-facing commercial sales positionCritical thinking - can offer creative solutions to meet client and prospect needsDrive results by successfully presenting to clients and senior managementProven ability to effectively interact at all levels of an organization
