As the lead representative of Insights & Analytics within the APAC region, interface with C&W account leads to drive I&A collaboration within their account and sales support.Job Description
About the role:
Analyze client portfolios and advise clients on portfolio strategy and optimization opportunitiesLead project teams to ensure project success and effective team resource allocation while communicating with Senior team leadersAffinity with strategic consulting and analytics, while looking for creative solutions to create new tools and enhance existing productsPart of an international team, willing to travelContribute to business development assignments, helping to target new clients and grow fee revenueCollaborate with global team members in the development of innovative analytics, tools, and processesPerform outreach to account leaders to diagnose challenges and problem areas, then drive & facilitate the delivery and presentation of insights & analytics related to those challengesTrack programmatic delivery to accounts and the outcomes of that delivery with the account teamsAbout you:
10+ years’ experience within strategic real estate portfolio management, preferably in a client-facing role consulting / strategy, optimization, or transformationStrong financial acumen and ability to deliver and oversee financial analysisExperience in the management consulting role desiredBachelor’s degree, masters preferredProven track record in business development and client project leadershipAbility to think strategically and creatively, to articulate client challenges and demonstrate how the real estate portfolio strategy can address theseAbility to manage a team to deliver medium to large scale projects including leading commercial aspect, quality of content, managing client expectations, relationships and new opportunitiesStrong data analytical skills, ability to distinguish the emerging themes from data/research material to present in an innovative, visual and concise wayWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?
