The Director Project Delivery will be responsible to lead large, transformational work package within CAM’s strategic initiatives. This role will have accountability to ensure successful delivery of assigned project and will be accountable to lead and facilitate benefit modeling for assigned projects. _At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role._ _You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote._ **How You’ll Succeed** + **Strong Leadership:** Be a bold and authentic leader who is passionate about developing and coaching to bring out the best in people. Direct, motivate, develop and manage performance of a diverse group of people. + **Strategic Development & Execution:** Perform tactical and strategic business planning and return on investment analysis. Lead team in initiating, planning, executing, control and close out of projects. Ensure adherence to department and CIBC standards, policies and procedures. Must ensure that all necessary risk assessments and risk assessment processes are carried out at the appropriate time. Oversee the management of statements of work, contracts, project financials and administration. + **Relationship Management** : Build ongoing partnerships with key clients and business partners. Collaborate and develop informed decisions and plans with program/project partners as you work toward a common goal and negotiate deliverables and milestones whenever necessary. + **Project Leadership:** Proactively identify risks that will take projects off schedule and find solutions to correct the problem. Monitor milestones, and ensure they’re completed according to timelines and budgets. Develop, execute and track a project plan that is personalized for your team’s preferred mix of quality, time, and cost. + **Communication:** Develop compelling presentation materials to report project status and support executive discussion and decision making. Calibrate work progress, status and participate in the negotiation and influence business partners to ensure alignment of initiatives and individual deliverables across dependent initiatives. **Who You Are** + **You can demonstrate experience** leading large, complex and transformational change. You have experience managing demanding clients, multiple priorities, getting results in a matrixed environment where you may not have direct influence on all project resources. Must have previous experience establishing and maintaining stakeholder and sponsor relationships.
