Title: Director, Project Controls + (BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED) + Oversee project control staff (cost, schedule, estimating) and providing leadership and direction to team + Accountable for the performance and results of Project Controls function + Prepare and manage quarterly earnings gap analysis for Asset Performance Solution business + Support Asset Performance Solution Leadership actions to achieve business financial targets + Support individual PSL leadership, provide guidance on opportunities to achieve earnings targets + Monthly PSR Reviews: + Manage Agenda of Project to be Reviewed and Review Dates + Review and Approve Actions Items + Run Monthly PSR meetings + Oversee Project Forecast Model Updates + Support PM with monthly updates + Support PEQ PM with monthly vendor MPR/Accruals + Develops and provides project variances, trending and analysis of expenditures, and follow-up on actions items. + Cost Control management (review, forecast, controls, reporting, risk analysis) + Support Global Resource Management (CCR, GRM, TRM, etc.) + Liaison and support accounting team + Monthly project close-out + A/R and Cash Flow tracking and follow-up + Support budget and forecast updates + Quarterly SOX testing + Project Performance Analysis and Reporting + Oversee Reporting Systems and Analysis Development + Power BI & Power Apps Development Reporting + Maintain Project Performance Analysis Database + Project Forecast Model Development + Participates in the development of project cost controls strategy, systems; including responsibility for global processes and procedures in project risk control and cost control. Requirements: + Bachelor's Degree + 20+ years of experience in O&M projects, A&F, etc.
