(BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED)Oversee project control staff (cost, schedule, estimating) and providing leadership and direction to teamAccountable for the performance and results of Project Controls functionPrepare and manage quarterly earnings gap analysis for Asset Performance Solution businessSupport Asset Performance Solution Leadership actions to achieve business financial targetsSupport individual PSL leadership, provide guidance on opportunities to achieve earnings targetsMonthly PSR Reviews:Manage Agenda of Project to be Reviewed and Review DatesReview and Approve Actions ItemsRun Monthly PSR meetingsOversee Project Forecast Model UpdatesSupport PM with monthly updatesSupport PEQ PM with monthly vendor MPR/AccrualsDevelops and provides project variances, trending and analysis of expenditures, and follow-up on actions items.Cost Control management (review, forecast, controls, reporting, risk analysis)Support Global Resource Management (CCR, GRM, TRM, etc.)Liaison and support accounting teamMonthly project close-outA/R and Cash Flow tracking and follow-upSupport budget and forecast updatesQuarterly SOX testingProject Performance Analysis and ReportingOversee Reporting Systems and Analysis DevelopmentPower BI & Power Apps Development ReportingMaintain Project Performance Analysis DatabaseProject Forecast Model DevelopmentParticipates in the development of project cost controls strategy, systems; including responsibility for global processes and procedures in project risk control and cost control.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree20+ years of experience in O&M projects, A&F, etc.
