Summary

The Director of Program Management leads large-scale creative and experiential programs from brief through delivery.  This role provides end-to-end program leadership, ensuring teams move from idea to execution with speed, clarity, and consistent craft.  Working across Innovation, New Product Development, Brand, Sampling, Shopper, Creative, Experiential, and agency partners, this leader connects disciplines and structures workflows into a single, scalable program model that delivers best-in-class creative and brand expression.  The ideal candidate understands creative production and resourcing in practice and knows how to optimize process to improve collaboration, increase speed-to-market, and elevate quality across every touchpoint. 

Responsibilities

Program & Production Management  Lead large-scale creative and experiential programs from brief through launch and deliveryDesign and optimize end-to-end workflows across concepting, design, physical and digital production, installation, and deployment.Oversee briefing, project planning, creative development, design, production, activation, and post-program evaluation.Establish program models that balance speed, consistency, and creative quality across channels and experiences.Implement governance, tools, and frameworks to improve resourcing, capacity planning, and cross-functional communication.Partner with stakeholders to streamline workflows, remove bottlenecks, and improve execution.   Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management Act as the connector across Innovation, New Product Development, Brand, Sampling, Shopper, Creative, Experiential, and Production teams.Translate strategic direction into executable creative and experiential programs.Bridge creative, production, and distribution to ensure work is delivered with consistency and impact.Partner with legal, finance, operations, and external agencies to enable seamless execution.Build trusted relationships with cross-functional partners to align priorities and delivery.Partner with the Content Studio (producers, designers, retouchers, editors, motion artists) and experiential producers to deliver high-quality work at scale.Oversee creative production pipelines across brand, digital, social, retail, OOH, and live experiences.Manage physical production, fabrication, installation, and on-site execution for experiential programs and events.Ensure technical execution, quality control, and consistency across all deliverables.  Resource & Vendor Management Own resourcing, capacity planning, and prioritization across the creative and experiential portfolio, balancing internal teams, freelancers, fabricators, and agencies. Select, negotiate, and manage external partners in collaboration with Creative leadership.Oversee budgets, scopes, and timelines with discipline and transparency.  Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement Build scalable systems for planning, producing, and delivering creative and experiential work. Use insight and data to improve timelines, utilization, and output quality.Identify opportunities for automation, tooling, and workflow improvements.Drive continuous improvement across program execution and production. 

Requirements

10+ years of experience in program management, production or experiential programs in a brand, studio or agency environment. Strong understanding of creative workflows, physical production, and content ecosystems Proven ability to run large, multi-disciplinary creative & experiential programs  Experience with resourcing, budgets, vendors, and fabrication partners Fluency with project management and creative production rols  Demonstrated ability to improve productivity and craft through better program design and execution

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
