Director, Product Management - Walmart Fulfillment Engine
Position Summary...Job Description Summary
As a Director of Product Management for End-to-End Delivery, you will lead strategic initiatives that shape the future of Walmart’s eCommerce fulfillment engine. Our mission is to deliver smarter, faster, and more dynamic solutions that delight customers and scale with the evolving business. This role is pivotal in driving AI-infused capabilities, holistic network optimization, and real-time network calibration to ensure Walmart remains the leader in omnichannel retail.

What you'll do... Own Product Vision & Strategy: Define and champion a bold vision for E2E delivery, leveraging first principles thinking, lean experimentation, and whole product concepts to unlock new value streams. Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize advanced analytics and emerging trends to extract actionable insights, guiding product priorities and measuring success through clear KPIs. Shape the Roadmap: Develop and communicate a multi-year roadmap for complex fulfillment products, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and seamless execution using Agile methodologies and MVP rollouts. Champion Customer-Centric Design: Deeply understand customer and business needs through journey mapping, design thinking, and scalable feedback loops to create barrier-free experiences. Influence & Align Stakeholders: Build consensus across diverse teams using fact-based narratives, emotional intelligence, and strong communication skills. Lead Technology Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, drive adoption of emerging technologies, and ensure robust system architecture for enterprise-scale solutions. Develop Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of integrity, inclusion, and continuous learning while supporting succession planning and workforce development.
What You’ll Bring... Proven Expertise: 10+ years in product management with at least 5 years in leadership roles, preferably in fulfillment, logistics, or eCommerce. Strategic Thinker: Ability to formulate hypotheses, define success metrics, and execute go-to-market strategies for complex products. Technical Acumen: Familiarity with cloud technologies, enterprise systems, and data-driven architectures. Influential Leader: Skilled in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and driving alignment in ambiguous environments. Customer Obsession: Passion for creating frictionless experiences and solving customer pain points at scale.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI/ML applications in supply chain or fulfillment. Strong understanding of network optimization and real-time calibration. MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 10 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
