Director, Product Digital Analytics
The Director of Product Digital Analytics leads the Advice and Wealth Management (AWM) digital product analytics strategy across marketing, product, web, and mobile experiences, partnering with leaders to drive data informed decision making and business growth. This role defines the digital data strategy, measurement frameworks, translates complex data into actionable insights, and proactively surfaces innovative applications of analytics to improve go to market effectiveness and customer experience. The Director oversees analytics tools, data quality, governance, and experimentation, while inspiring high performing teams and stakeholders to deliver measurable, scalable business impact through intelligent, data driven strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver information based solutions that drive long term sustainable growth or prevent risk across various marketing channels or business functions, which will be needed to advance decision science based theory and application. Produce measurable results and impact against key business metrics.

Establish strong and impactful business partnerships and establish joint goals, cross organizational commitments, project time lines, deliverable expectations, and time lines, which will be critical to prioritize demand, communicate requirements, and to execute changes.

Throughly understand assigned businesses to provide thought leadership to identify business opportunities in multiple areas, such as product/service development, product/service pricing and promotion, financial impacts, processes and procedures, data driven marketing and targeting, channel/campaign processes, sales processes and behavior, etc.

Consistently deliver quality results through analytics and ensure the appropriate tracking and evaluating processes are established, progress against goals and project plans, and collaborate on problem-solving to drive successful implementation. Deliver timely results that are in accordance with Ameriprise control policies and procedures.

Provide analytic support, content expertise, competitive perspectives, and vision with business leadership team to drive information based solutions into decision making, business transformation, and critical business processes.

Lead and develop a high‑performing digital analytics organization spanning analytics, experimentation, BI, and MarTech. Establish operating rhythms, standards, and scalable ways of working across a complex enterprise. Collaborate with leaders to drive aligned outcomes and analytics adoption.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

5-7+ years of experience

Demonstrated ability to lead geographically dispersed teams.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills of complex solutions.

Strong client-service orientation.

Demonstrated thought leadership through use of analytics and decision based science in applicable industries.

Willingness and ability to take risk and challenge the status quo and ability to "think outside of the box".

Proven ability to influence and partner with business leaders to successfully drive the analytic agenda, support large change agendas.

Excellent project management and budgeting discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or advanced degree in analytics, economics, statistics, or related field.

Experience working in regulated industries or highly matrixed, enterprise environments.

Experience modernizing or scaling enterprise experimentation programs and attribution frameworks.

Track record of leading analytics organizations through significant transformation or maturity shifts.

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $140,200 - $192,800 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
