This role serves as the strategic and operational leader driving the advancement of our Talent Acquisition (TA) technology ecosystem. Acting as both a primary business owner and, at times, a product owner, this leader plays a key role in aligning our TA tech stack with broader enterprise goals while championing user experience and operational excellence across recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes.

What you'll do...

Current Scope & Focus Areas:

ATS Optimization (e.g., Workday and Career Preference (CP):
Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance recruiter workflows, hiring manager engagement, and candidate experience within the current ATS. This includes configuration refinement, UI enhancements, automation of manual tasks, and reducing time-to-fill and friction points in requisition, screening, scheduling, and offer workflows.System Integrations:
Oversee seamless integrations across the TA ecosystem—career sites, CRM, interview scheduling platforms, assessment tools, and internal mobility systems—ensuring data flow, system stability, and reporting integrity.Career Site & Candidate Experience:
Prioritize the evolution of our career preferences for mass hiring at the WMUS retail and supply chain business segment, to reflect employer brand, personalization, and accessibility, creating an engaging, intuitive journey for external candidates and internal associates exploring new opportunities.

Strategic Influence & Future Enhancements:

Tech Roadmap Development:
Build and manage the TA tech roadmap in alignment with enterprise HRIS and Digital roadmaps, ensuring timing and sequencing of tools support talent priorities.Center of Excellence Collaboration:
Act as a key broker between TA operations, HRIS, legal/compliance, vendor partners, and the COEs Center of Excellence. Facilitates alignment on business needs, tool governance, and change management across the TA lifecycle.Product Ownership Mindset:
In moments of rapid transformation, this role may assume a product owner role—leading sprints, gathering business requirements, managing vendor relationships, and piloting features with end users to ensure the right problems are being solved Redesigns initiatives and processes for key business functions to drive business goals objectives and programs by working cross functionally, analyzing data and evaluating key business components in order to assess current performance baselines

What you'll bring...

Proven experience (10+ years) in talent acquisition leadership roles, with a strong background in HR Tech Stack.Experience leading large, cross-functional teams (i.e. Product Management, Engineering) and working with senior leaders across the organization.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization.Experience in a fast-paced, global environment, managing complex, large-scale initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
