Director, Portfolio Management (New Store)
Lead the future of Walmart’s growth by driving new store development from concept to grand opening. As Director, Portfolio Management, you’ll shape our real estate footprint, influence major business decisions, and deliver projects that impact millions of customers. What You’ll Do:
Lead a team of real estate professionals in new store site development
Oversee market analysis, site selection, deal negotiation, and project management
Present recommendations to leadership and manage executive-level meetings
Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget
Ensure compliance with company policies and foster a culture of integrity and innovation

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
