Position Summary... 
About Realty Operations:
Realty Operations is Walmart’s engine for growth, responsible for identifying, developing, and delivering new store locations that meet evolving customer needs. Our team partners across real estate, design, construction, and operations to execute market strategies and ensure seamless project delivery. In this role, you’ll help lead our Southeast expansion, supporting Walmart’s goal of opening 150 new stores in the next five years.

What you'll do...


Lead the charge in shaping Walmart’s future store footprint across Florida and the Southeast. As Director, Portfolio Management, you’ll drive new store development and conversions in high-growth markets, directly impacting Walmart’s expansion and customer reach. This is a unique opportunity to influence strategy, build strong partnerships, and deliver results in a dynamic, competitive landscape.

Lead site strategy, market assessment, and in-person evaluations for new stores and conversions

Negotiate deals, manage due diligence, and present recommendations to senior leadership

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners to drive project success

Mentor and develop a high-performing team of real estate professionals

Oversee project execution from site selection through store opening

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, or related field and 5 years’ experience in real estate, retail development, tenant representation, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in real estate, retail development, tenant representation, or related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience.
