Strategic Sales & Funnel Creation
• Own and drive the national sales funnel for CM

• Create a structured pipeline from existing JLL channels

• Establish a clear funnel governance model to capture, qualify, and convert opportunities

Market Expansion & New Lead Generation
• Partner with city-specific Sales SPOCs and PDS leaders to unlock new market opportunities beyond inbound and existing accounts.
• Co-create city-tailored GTM strategies

• Enable city teams with target account lists, sector-specific narratives, and pursuit strategies

Client-Centric Solutioning & Pitch Strategy
• Lead end-to-end solutioning for complex pursuits—aligning client objectives, project constraints, timelines, and commercial expectations.
• Strategize and position the right JLL value proposition—integrating design excellence, cost certainty, delivery capability, risk management, and lifecycle value.

Pursuit Management & Stakeholder Orchestration
• Track pitch progress through defined stage gates, ensuring momentum, accountability, and timely decision-making.
• Drive regular internal reviews and touchpoints with regional and national leadership to incorporate insights, course corrections, and strategic direction.

A comprehensive MIS reporting setup to track and forecast CM pipeline. Predict trends and chart out focus areas basis the same

Tracker of all ongoing and upcoming pitches with overview of key milestones and stakeholder action accountability

 Asset specific and city specific capability deck standardization



Knowledge Transfer & Win-Loss Intelligence
• Identify, codify, and replicate successful pitch strategies, pricing models, and differentiation levers from other cities and sectors.
