Strategic planning: Develop and maintain T&S strategic roadmap across our core functions (e.g. fraud, governance, safety); Coordinate directly with LMD Strategy pillar to ensure alignment with overall LMD business priorities; Define and track performance indicators to measure the impact and efficacy of T&S initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement; Support various program-level activities include AOP and LRP planning, AES action plans, and executive level program reporting.
Special projects: Lead key projects focused on digital innovation or rapid response needs including task forces, working groups, or pilots; Manage resource planning, budget and timeline for those projects, and provide go-forward recommendations based on results.
Data analytics & reporting: Oversee the T&S data analytics team; Partner with supporting data teams; Drive automation and scalability of key metrics, dashboards, and regulatory reports; Ensure program-level metrics and scorecards are validated and meet executive leadership needs.
Team engagement and recognition strategies: Capture and track successes and project outcomes across the program; Prepare and organize content for large company forum presentations and LMD team meetings that communicate progress, represent achievements, and recognize team member performance; Support team activities related to talent development, knowledge sharing, training, and onboarding.
What you'll Bring:
8+ years of experience in program management, technology, logistics, eComm, analytics, compliance, or risk management roles, with 5+ years in a supervisory role.
Exceptional communication and executive reporting skills.
Ability to leverage data to tell compelling stories that drive decision making.
Strong people leadership skills.
Strong adaptability and curiosity.
PMP, Agile, or similar program management certifications.
Data analytics experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
