The Director, Law Firm Workplace Analytics will support JLL's law firm practice growth through data analytics, market intelligence, and client-facing support. This role combines workplace expertise with business development activities to establish JLL as the leading expert in legal sector workplace solutions.
What this job involves:
Data & Market Intelligence:
Collect and analyze local, regional, and national law firm workplace data including space utilization, cost benchmarks, and industry trendsDevelop benchmarking studies comparing law firm workplace metrics across markets and firm sizesResearch construction pricing, FF&E costs, and project expenses specific to legal environmentsCreate quarterly and annual market reports on legal sector workplace trendsBuild comprehensive database of law firm space standards, utilization rates, and workplace best practicesSupport annual construction cost reporting and market analysis initiativesRelationship Building & Community Engagement:
Cultivate relationships with local construction managers, architects, and vendors serving law firmsBuild network within local legal community through industry events and associationsPartner with regional markets to share insights and coordinate national data collectionEstablish JLL as thought leader in legal sector workplace solutionsBusiness Development Support:
Partner with brokers on client presentations, proposals, and business development activitiesPresent workplace guidance and process recommendations to prospects and clientsProvide upfront workplace consulting to support sales effortsCreate client-facing materials, case studies, and thought leadership contentSupport pursuit teams with data-driven insights and market intelligenceParticipate in client meetings and industry conferences as subject matter expertClient & Project Support:
Provide workplace expertise to support project teams and client engagementsAssist with space programming, utilization studies, and workplace assessmentsDevelop sector-specific workplace solutions and recommendationsSupport project delivery with market data and benchmarking insightsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree required4-7 years experience in workplace strategy, space planning, corporate real estate, or related fieldStrong analytical skills with experience in data collection, analysis, and presentationExcellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbalComfortable presenting to clients and senior stakeholdersBusiness development interest and aptitude for relationship buildingProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization toolsKnowledge of workplace planning principles, space standards, and utilization conceptsPreferred:
Experience with AutoCAD or space planning softwareLaw Firm experience and or High End Office experienceBackground in professional services environmentsMarket research or business intelligence experienceKey Competencies:

Estimated compensation for this position:
152,000.00 – 165,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
