The preferred work arrangement for this role is **hybrid based out of Parsippany, NJ. Remote candidates will also be considered** .
The **Director, HRIS & HR Operations** is a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving the effectiveness, optimization, and governance of the Human Resources technology ecosystem and core HR operational processes. This role oversees HR systems strategy, data integrity, process design, service delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure an efficient and employee‑centric HR experience. Additional areas of responsibility include Employer of Record management, mobility and immigration, and other projects assigned. The leader will partner with HR, IT, Finance, and other business stakeholders to enable scalable solutions that support workforce growth, analytics, compliance, and organizational performance. This role reports into the Senior Director, Global Compensation & HR Operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Partner with HR Business Partners, HR COEs, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure our HRIS (Workday) meets the evolving demands of the business.
+ Understand the Workday roadmap and maintain a long-term strategic plan for ongoing development and optimization of our HRIS.
+ Enable HR to provide high-quality, scalable HR support including onboarding, offboarding, data changes, employment letters, and other employee lifecycle transactions.
+ Drive process simplification and automation to reduce manual workload and improve employee experience.
+ Own data governance standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance of employee data across all systems.
+ Maintain strong internal controls over HR data, workflows, and system access.
+ Lead creation and delivery of dashboards, workforce analytics, and insights for leaders and HR partners.
+ Support mobility and immigration related activities including management of external vendors and programmatic ownership.
+ Stay current on relevant laws and regulations as it relates to the processing of global employee data (e.g., Data Privacy, GDPR) and leads compliance efforts via participation in internal and external audits.
+ Ensure HR systems and processes comply with federal, state, and global labor laws, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and audit requirements.
+ Ensures all internal audit controls are followed; helps maintain and improve process controls.
+ Lead the HRIS and HR Operations teams (internal employees and external partners) to enable both individual and functional success.
+ Functional participation and leadership for global payroll platform implementation, Dayforce, in partnership with Payroll and IT.
**Requirements and skills**
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in HRIS and HR Operations related roles.
+ Experience in managing complex projects for a global company.
+ Ability to lead and manage a high-performing, dispersed global team.
+ Highest levels of personal and professional integrity.
+ Strong change-management and communication skills.
+ Strategic thinking and analytical ability to identify creative solutions to complex problems.
+ Ability to work collaboratively across all functions and levels in the organization.

_Competitive base salary based on experience and qualifications: $170,000-$240,000 (subject to variation depending on physical location)._
