**Job Description Summary**
GE HealthCare’s Oncology business is advancing precision cancer care through digital therapy guidance and imaging integration. With Intelligent RT (iRT) as the anchor, our portfolio spans MIM Software, BK Ultrasound, Theranostics, and CT/MR simulation — connecting diagnosis to treatment planning.
The Director, Global Therapy Guidance Growth & Commercial Strategy will build on the proven IRT success model to expand GE’s Oncology growth globally. This role will lead cross-portfolio integration, develop scalable commercial strategies, and connect Oncology workflows directly to Imaging and Software revenue growth.
**Job Description**
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead the global Therapy Guidance growth strategy, integrating iRT, MIM, BK, CT/MR, and Theranostics into a cohesive Oncology ecosystem.
+ Partner with Product, Marketing, and Regional Commercial teams to create unified go-to-market plans that link Oncology workflows to measurable Imaging pull-through.
+ Drive IRT adoption and reference-site success globally, tracking downstream Imaging and Software revenue influence.
+ Develop and deploy commercial playbooks, value maps, and enablement tools to accelerate regional execution.
+ Strengthen strategic alliances with Elekta, RaySearch, Caption Health, and BK Ultrasound to expand Therapy Guidance capabilities and visibility.
+ Collaborate with the VP of Academic Partnerships to enable research collaborations, KOL engagement, and peer-to-peer programs.
+ Launch and manage a global Oncology growth dashboard capturing Therapy Guidance adoption, Imaging impact, and partnership metrics.
+ Represent GE HealthCare at key Oncology and Imaging conferences (ASTRO, ESTRO, RSNA, AAPM) to position GE as the industry leader in integrated Oncology workflows.
+ Identify new access opportunities such as AI-guided handheld ultrasound for brachytherapy and prostate workflows that can drive Imaging utilization.
+ Provide regular business reviews and pipeline forecasts demonstrating Imaging and Software growth influenced by Therapy Guidance initiatives.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or MPH) preferred.
+ 10+ years of Oncology experience working in radiation oncology clinics and in industry.
+ Proven success developing and executing commercial strategies that connect clinical workflows to revenue outcomes.
+ Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders in matrix organizations.
+ Strong understanding of radiation therapy planning, oncology imaging, and workflow integration.
+ Experience contributing to research design initiatives.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage clinical and executive audiences.
+ Willingness to travel globally
**Desired Characteristics**
+ 15+ years of Oncology experience working in radiation oncology clinics and in industry.
+ Strong record of leading cross-portfolio collaboration and commercial execution across Oncology and Imaging.
+ Demonstrated ability to translate clinical insight into scalable business strategy.
+ Experience building partnerships with major Oncology ecosystem players and academic collaborators.
+ Strategic mindset with ability to design and implement global commercialization frameworks.
+ Collaborative and entrepreneurial, with proven ability to unite diverse teams around shared objectives.
+ Preferred radiation oncology clinical specialization skills in one of the following areas: Dosimetry, Physics, Therapist

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $130,400.00-$195,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
