Director, Fundraising Database (Salesforce) – $100K-$110K

Our client, an incredible mission-driven organization, is seeking an experienced and sharp Director of Development Operations (Fundraising Database, Salesforce) to manage the donor CRM system in their Bethesda office!

Responsibilities:

Manage the donor database (Salesforce) to build and refine processes for gift entry, acknowledgments, donor agreements, prospect research, and other tracking.Maintain varying records in Salesforce, including proposals, pledges, gifts, sponsorships, and any other required deliverables.Collaborate across the organization on fundraising initiatives tied to donor activity, the annual fundraising budget, and other related expenses. Track and maintain accurate projections of revenue and the status of different proposals, providing regular reports to support the overall fundraising strategy.Create dashboards and reports on fundraising activities and upcoming deadlines.

Qualifications:

10+ years of nonprofit database management and a bachelor's degree are required.Hands-on experience in managing Salesforce as a donor database is required.Ability to multi-task and prioritize are key.Phenomenal written and verbal communication skills with a passion for employee engagement and customer service.Strong understanding of HR-related laws and compliance.Excellent organizational skills.

About the Role:
