We’re looking for a Director of Product to lead the product strategy of our CRM Salesforce. This individual is accountable for partnering with business partners across our consumer space and shaping capabilities to create business value.
As the Director of CRM Product, you will lead a product & SF Admin teams to deliver products that are secure, scalable, and relentlessly focused on customer experience. You’ll partner with engineering, operations, and design leaders to push the boundaries of what’s possible—introducing AI-driven solutions, simplifying customer journeys, and creating experiences that feel effortless from first interaction to resolution. The role will hold a highly influential role and is responsible for delivering various capabilities to meet strategy, initiatives and established goals.
