What you'll do:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3-5 Senior Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.Set and execute the strategic vision for Last Mile Delivery, leveraging data science to drive business outcomes.Influence and partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including executive leadership, to align on priorities and deliver measurable impact.Oversee the development and optimization of advanced analytics, algorithms, and models to improve delivery speed and reduce costs.Drive the adoption of digital and data-driven solutions to scale Walmart’s in-house delivery capabilities.Monitor key performance indicators and ensure continuous improvement in delivery operations.What you'll bring:
Strong data analytics expertise and business acumen, with a proven ability to translate insights into strategic action.Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, with experience influencing at all organizational levels, including executives.Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing high-performing data science teams.Deep digital background with a passion for innovation and operational optimization.Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Advanced degree (PhD or MS) in a quantitative field preferred; equivalent experience considered.(Preferred) Experience in supply chain operations, last mile delivery, or related analytics-driven domains.About Walmart Global Tech

We use a hybrid way of working with primary in office presence coupled with an optimal mix of virtual presence.
